You can shop at PRIMARY without creating an account. However create an account with us for some major benefits.

You can track your packages and review past orders, easily request returns or exchanges through your account, save your shipping / billing information for speedy checkouts, and finally have FUN with us! Create wishlists and groups and email them to your friends!

To reset your password follow the instructions on the login page. For security reasons we will not send your old password via email, you will have to create a new password.

Orders placed from Monday – Friday are shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, however shipping times can vary due to availability of product and your proximity to New York City. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm, weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped on the next operating business day.

Primary ships to over 100 countries internationally! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 for the USA and flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $75. We also offer flat rate shipping of $25 for Canada, UK and Australia. All other applicable counties you can find shipping rates at the checkout page, and you can estimate your shipping costs here.

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.  If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam mail and add studio@primaryny.com to your safe sender list.

If you’ve entered the wrong size or color ~ email us immediately at studio@primaryny.com, we process orders within 48 hours so if your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to change details on your order.

You can track your order easily by logging into your account, and clicking on your Order Status.  This will have all your shipping and tracking information.  If you have an account with us or you checked out as a guest, an email will be sent to your inbox the day your item ships and that will have all your tracking information.

We offer returns on full priced, unworn items within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are dependent on availability. For more information see our exchanges & returns page.

If your return meets our policy, you will receive a full refund (including applicable sales taxes), less any discounts and or shipping charges. Your refund will be credited by your original payment method. Read more on our returns here.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified by email [ that you provided upon purchase ] when your refund has been processed.  Please note depending on your banking institution, it may take 5-10 days to process your refund.
